Best Western Nairobi Upper Hill

We really enjoyed our time here; Overall the hotel is very clean and the room was always smelling fresh throughout our stay. A special thank you to Peter from reception for being so welcoming to us and always happy to help; Pauline and Melvin gave us nice restaurant suggestions and we had the BEST Choma ever! Also we would like to thank John from restaurant who was always so cheerful with us and remembered our orders which added a personal touch to the service.

Clean and comfortable rooms that are well laid out for the business traveller and have comfortable beds. Good quiet location within easy walking distance of Nairobi's Central Business District. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guests are able to use all the facilities of the adjacent Fairview Hotel, including its pool and garden cafe, which is an excellent place for informal meetings

The staff is what I love most about the stay, they are absolutely professional, friendly and helpful. they make you feel welcomed and among friends. the place is also very elegant, provided with all amenities and the gardens are a pure pleasure. the rooms are also well furnished and well-cleaned. The place has an over contemporary yet at the same time homy atmosphere to it.

1.security security security. access points with key card on atleast three doors during night hours . There is some next level security here he he a South African definitely designed this. 2.you stay in two hotels literally with access to fairview hotel this is wonderful mix of two experiences 3.great breakfast 4.warm insulated rooms for cold nbo weather 5.strong hot shower curved n nice 6.strong wifi and work desk 7.Pauline and Peter.. what a lovely duo, offered me a late check out n kept my luggage for a bit, after checking out. These two are passionate about their work. Night staff ofcourse are more gloomy. 8.Value for money as they have specific bed accommodation that worked very well for me and offered value. 9.You can walk to cbd from here and other cafes near by Overall a very lovely place to stay, will be back. 10.Nicely carpeted corridor that added warmth 11.Lovely lobby 12.Well scented lobby washrooms

Breakfast was great. The restaurant area was right on the same floor as my room. The staff was great! Peter, Bridgite, and Melvine at the front desk were all extremely helpful. Boniface in the restaurant showed me how to use the MPesa system (it was my first time). Stephen, the security guard helped me with my bags. Juliet, the breakfast hostess was friendly. Hannah in housekeeping was most helpful. The staff was great.
